Happy Friday everyone!! Today’s look is a fun one. Personally I really like youthful fashion. I love bows, pinafores, overalls, cupcake necklaces, metallic heels. I don’t want to take fashion too seriously, I just wear what I love! I saw this top at Asos and had to have it. I mean it has denim bows!! 🙂 The loose babydoll fit is just adorable too. I paired it with polka dot shorts, metallic heels and a suede UO bag (which is my new favorite bag) ❤
This weekend is an exciting one! Tonight Amy Roiland is on Shark Tank talking about her app Fashiontapp. I really believe in the app and can’t wait to see how it turns out! Then Sunday we leave for Tennessee to do some hiking! 😀
Hope everyone has a beautiful weekend! Tune in to tonight’s Shatk Tank episode and follow me on Fashiontapp!!
Today’s outfit is a casual running around with my bf look. We were on Mass Ave checking out a bar he will be playing at! (Plus I was stoked when I saw a building that matched my outfit!) Usually I don’t wear a lot of t-shirts but it’s nice to have a few like this that are easy to throw on with a cute skirt or shorts for the spring and summer months. I have trouble finding tshirts that aren’t too wide looking, this one fits perfect!! The sleeves are a good length too. I paired it with a floral skirt, loafers and a Pepa Loves bag I just got (which is on sale right now) 🙂 I’ve been wanting a bag that was a deeper red so I was pretty excited to find this one.
Ps. In case you don’t know, Amy Roiland from A Fashion Nerd created an app called Fashiontapp which I’ve been using for a while now! It’s so fun, you can tag all the items you are wearing and shop directly from the app. Tomorrow night she will be on Shark Tank talking about her amazing app, I’m so excited for her and for the app! So check out Shark Tank and follow me on fashiontapp @alittlelau
There’s nothing better than midi dresses on a sunny spring day! Im obsessed with dresses in general but I’m really diggin this length at the moment. They feel very beautiful but effortless. Plus it’s really nice not worrying about bending over! This one I really love because of how flowy it is. The colors and print are really cute too. I thought this dress was perfect to pair with my new bracelets from Pura Vida! I always have on a few crystal bracelets but have been wanting more to go with them. Pura Vida is an online shop that sells hand made bracelets and anklets from Costa Rica. With the endless color and style options you can really create a unique look! The founders hope that by spreading Pura Vida bracelets they will also be spreading a tangible reminder to appreciate the simple things, slow down and live in the moment. I think we could all use a bit more of that in our lives!
I hope everyone has a great start to there week! xoxo

Ahhhh its dress season once again! You forget how easy it is to just throw on a dress and head out the door after being bundled for so long. This weekend the weather in Indy was absolutely perfect, sunny and in the 80’s! The perfect ice cream date weather ❤ The dress I’m wearing is from Tobi.com. I’ve been dying for the weather to warm up so I could finally wear it. I love the look of the tie front dresses. They are super cute with a retro feel. This dress is perfect because the material is thick enough, you don’t feel like you have to wear a bra and the skirt doesn’t fly up with the smallest gust of wind. I also really like that the tie is adjustable. Im fairly small framed and if its not adjustable they usually don’t fit me! So when I tired on this dress I was extremely excited I found one that fit. To style the dress I paired it with a short sleeve polka dot cardigan and a heart purse, which I felt played up the retro feeling the dress gave me. Especially with the butterfly clip it kinda felt like a very 500 days of summer outfit!
Happy Friday everyone!! Today’s look is a super casual look but I’m really into the idea of cropped pants so I wanted to post these pics! These really caught my eye because they are a tad flared at the bottom. Sooo cute! I love all of the unique styles of denim coming out right now, it’s like denim heaven! These heels are my absolute favorite heels, my first Jeffrey Campbells ❤ (que heart eyes!) I really love the color, and the height is perfect. They are pretty much my dream heels! 🙂
As you already might know, I LOVE vintage! I love the unique shapes, fabrics, and patterns you just can’t find in new clothes very often. This dress was from a local vintage shop in Broad Ripple. When I bought the dress it was super long, almost to the ground, which was a lot of pastel for one dress! I decided to shorten it to a cute spring/ summer length. I paired it with a floral back pack and simple black flats for a fun quirky spring look:)
Spring time in Indiana can be pretty unpredictable. One day its 70 degrees and the next day its in the 40s! So when it comes to spring essentials I like them to be versatile. This is my first ever suede skirt! I received this beautiful skirt from this great online store Tobi.com along with a couple other pieces (coming to the blog soon!) They seriously have the cutest stuff. Plus you get 50% off your first order so win win! ❤ I also tagged somethings below that I really liked from there site. I love the look of the button down suede skirt because of the vintage vibe it has. The black is so easy to pair, it will be great for cool spring days or paired with a little crop top this summer! For this look I decided to pair it with a long sleeve star blouse, oxford heels, and a vintage bag for a fun spring look!
How are you transitioning your wardrobe into spring??
