Hello and happy Easter to those who celebrate! Today has consisted of sleeping in because we were at a wedding last night, coffee, and relaxing outside until we leave to go to our family’s for a late lunch. My outfit today is featuring this light weight ruffle sweater from Asos, paired with a floral skirt and lace up flats. I love this sweater for spring because it keeps me a warm enough to not have to wear tights, plus the color and ruffle detail is super adorable. Then to complete the look this skirt and the bandana add that pop of red that I love.
I have to say rompers are definatly one of my favorite things to wear. You have the ease of a dress where you can throw it on and go, but with the freedom of wearing shorts! I fell in love with this one because its super 70’s. The daisy and polka dot print with the bell sleeves is super adorable!! I decided to pair it with white over the knee socks and some oxford heels give it some dreamy spring feels ❤ 🙂
Today’s look is one of those outfits that I started with my feet and worked up from there. I’m in love with this sock and heel combination! The heels are from Asos, I have a small obsession with block heels right now and I loved the ankle strap. I paired them with these adorable Shimmery Eyelet crew socks from Tabbi Socks! I love the tiny bit of ruffle at the top, they are feminine but casual. Plus they are the perfect height for these heels, it was a match made in heaven 🙂 To finish the look I went with a lace shift dress. It’s been so long since I’ve worn a dress without tights that I had to show off some leg! I’m so excited about the weather getting warmer!! 🙂
Ahhhh here in Indy Spring has arrived early! 60’s and sunny all weekend means bringing out the cute new spring clothes ❤ This jumpsuit is one of my recent Asos purchases. This piece was really fun for me because I don’t own anything like it! I’m absolutely in love with the vintage style it has, with the button top and wide cropped leg. It’s just perfect!! I wanted to make sure I didn’t over do it with accessories because its such a bold piece, so I paired it with lace up flats, a heart bag and light blue stud earrings for a fun, colorful spring look!
As you already might know, I wear A LOT of tights! I basically wear tights everyday in the winter. I recently teamed with Wolford and had the chance to try a few of there tights, I am seriously amazed by the quality! The blue ones I am wearing in the pictures are the Velvet De Lux 66 tights (tagged below). These are opaque with a matte finish. They feel like silk on my legs, plus I can tell it would be much harder to get a snag in these unlike many other tights I’ve worn! I will definitely be purchasing more tights from Wolford, especially some basic black tights, which I go through like crazy!! I’m so happy to have found such great quality tights I can rely on!!
Happy March everyone!! I can’t believe winter is almost over. Obviously you can tell by the weather change but also I can feel the season is changing when I’m sick of all my clothes! Lol.. I have this urge for change! I have a few new pieces for spring I’m super excited to bring to the blog, and one of them is this skirt! It’s not super warm out yet but I couldn’t wait to wear it! I love the angle and the flowyness! I paired it with boots and a turtle neck to keep it from looking too spring, but I can’t wait to style it again when it gets warmer!!
